Super Easy Truss Rod Install With Uncle Matt's Amazing Truss Rod Installation Jig
Clear Acrylic template cut in .345" thick acrylic for ease of routing.
Attached to a blank board or a partially shaped board to allow for quick and acurate truss rod slot cutting.
Designed for use with our 17 1/4" (part number 081208) truss rod using a 1/4" or 6mm bit.
Typical rod setup for 25.5" scale neck, can also be used for other rods with some knowledge as to how to adjust for the other length.

Matt designed this simple, quick jig for making fast an acurate cuts in neck blanks to both locate the slot for the rod, but also the headstock pocket as well.
Deigned for use with 3/8" brass bushing and a plunge router. (Note there are some slight variations in these brass bushings, the template allows for this.
Secure to work using mounting tape, cnc tape or other high quality two sided tape for holding on the work piece.
