Precision Straight Edge Notched for Fretboard Work
Stainless Steel Precision Edge Notched Fretboard Tool
For use in checking fretboard straightness, relief and overall construction.
This notched straight edge is made of atmospherically annealed stainless steel and has a precision straight edge ground on each side.
The unit has one side for long scale applications (25.5") and one side for short scale applications (24.75 and 25").
Instructions for use.
1. Choose the side for your specific scale.
a. Long Scale fits 25.5" scale
b. Short Scale fits 24.75" and 25" scale
2. Start the straight on the first fret tihe the notch to your right over the first fret, the remaining notches will lay against the fretboard allowing you to see relief or fretboard flatness.

16 3/8" in length x 1 11/16 at fret one side and 1 7/16" at body side.
Long Scale side is for 25.5" scale guitars
Short scale side is for 24.75 and 25" scale guitars.
